Please read before trading. These disclosures are part of the Neemo Supplemental Terms and the TensorVerse Master Terms. Last updated: 11 July 2026 (draft)
1. General risk of loss #
All trading and investing involves substantial risk. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably. You may lose part or all of the capital you commit. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and you should consider seeking advice from a licensed professional who knows your situation.
2. We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser #
TensorVerse is a technology provider. We are not a broker, dealer, custodian, or registered investment adviser, and we do not:
- hold your money or assets;
- execute, clear, or settle trades;
- make personalized recommendations or manage your account; or
- guarantee any outcome.
All execution, custody, and settlement occur at the third-party brokerage you connect, under that brokerage's agreements.
3. Self-directed trading only #
Every order originates from you — either entered by you directly or generated by automation you configure, enable, and control — and is transmitted to your brokerage for execution. You are responsible for reviewing and monitoring your orders and positions, including confirming fills and balances directly with your brokerage.
4. Information, signals, and no reliance #
Analytics, scores, indicators, screeners, alerts, and any "signals" in Neemo are informational tools that may be based on incomplete data, models, or assumptions, and may be wrong. They are not advice and not a recommendation. Do your own research and verify independently before acting.
5. Hypothetical and backtested results #
Any backtested, simulated, or hypothetical performance shown in Neemo has inherent limitations: it is prepared with hindsight, does not represent actual trading, does not account for all costs, slippage, liquidity, or market impact, and can differ materially from real results. Past or hypothetical performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Automated strategies / bots #
If you use automated or rules-based strategies, they can malfunction, act on stale or bad data, behave unexpectedly in fast markets, or place unintended orders. There is no guarantee of profit and a real risk of loss. You are responsible for testing, monitoring, and being able to stop your automation. See the Automation Addendum.
7. Crypto-asset risk #
Crypto-assets are highly volatile and speculative, may trade 24/7, can lose value rapidly, may have limited liquidity, and may be subject to unclear, evolving, or no regulation in your jurisdiction. Custody and transfer of crypto carry additional risks (including irreversibility and loss of access). Only transact in crypto if you understand and accept these risks and it is legal where you live.
8. Options, margin, and leverage (if available) #
Leveraged and derivative products can result in losses greater than your initial deposit and can trigger margin calls and forced liquidations. These products are not suitable for all investors. Your brokerage's risk disclosures and approval requirements apply.
9. Market data limitations #
Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, or interrupted, and is provided by third parties under their terms for your personal, non-commercial use. Do not rely on it as a sole source or for time-critical decisions.
10. No guarantee of execution or availability #
We do not guarantee that orders will be received, routed, accepted, or executed, or that Neemo, its data, alerts, or connectivity will be available, timely, or error-free. Outages and delays can occur. Maintain independent access to your brokerage.
11. Your responsibility and jurisdiction #
You are responsible for determining whether trading a given instrument is legal and appropriate for you, for tax consequences of your activity, and for compliance with all applicable laws and your brokerage's rules. Availability of features may vary by region and brokerage.
12. Acknowledgement #
By using Neemo's trading-related features, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these disclosures and accept the risks described.
