This Addendum governs any automated or rules-based trading strategy ("bot") you create, enable, or run through Neemo. It adds to the Neemo Supplemental Terms and Trading & Risk Disclosures. Last updated: 11 July 2026 (draft)
1. You are responsible for your automation #
A bot executes rules you define or select. As between you and us, you are solely responsible for its configuration, the orders it generates, and the results, including unintended, duplicate, or erroneous orders. Enabling a bot is your instruction to transmit resulting orders to your connected brokerage.
2. No guarantee of performance #
We do not guarantee that any bot will be profitable, will perform as designed, or will match any backtested or example result. Backtests and simulations have inherent limitations (see the Trading & Risk Disclosures). Market conditions, latency, data errors, gaps, halts, and liquidity can cause a bot to behave differently from expectations — sometimes with rapid losses.
3. Kill-switch and control #
Neemo provides controls to pause, disable, or stop automated strategies (a "kill-switch"). You are responsible for knowing how to use them and for monitoring your bots. We may also, but are not obligated to, disable automation for safety, risk, abuse, legal, or operational reasons, and are not liable for doing so or for any resulting missed or unexecuted orders. Automation may also stop due to outages, disconnection, brokerage limits, or maintenance.
4. Testing and limits #
You are responsible for testing a bot (including in any paper/simulation mode offered) before running it with real funds, and for setting appropriate risk limits (for example, position size, loss limits, and rate limits). We may impose technical limits (for example, order frequency) to protect the platform and connected services.
5. Prohibited automated conduct #
You may not use automation to manipulate markets, engage in spoofing, layering, or wash trading, evade brokerage or venue rules, exceed authorized rate limits, or violate any law or third-party terms. Violations may result in suspension and reporting where required.
6. Third-party execution risk #
Bots depend on your brokerage and connectivity providers, which may reject, delay, or fail to execute orders, or impose their own automation restrictions. We are not responsible for their conduct or availability.
7. Acknowledgement #
By enabling any automated strategy, you acknowledge that you understand these risks, that you are responsible for the strategy and its orders, and that no outcome is guaranteed.
