✎ The human version

The human version.

  • You keep ownership of your clips. You give KillCam a non-exclusive, revocable license to show them and to run ads around them.
  • You earn a share of the ad revenue your clips generate ([[CREATOR_REV_SHARE]] of net ad revenue; details below).
  • You can pull your clips anytime — we stop displaying and monetizing them going forward within a reasonable period.
  • Only submit clips you have the rights to (game footage, music, and anyone shown).
  • YouTube content is embedded, not re-hosted — YouTube monetizes that under its own rules; our revenue-share is for KillCam-hosted clips.
⚠ Important

Draft for review. Revenue-share, payout, tax, and creator-monetization terms carry contract, tax, and consumer-protection implications. Have counsel and your finance/tax advisor review before offering payouts. The revenue-share figures below are placeholders.

1. You keep ownership #

As between you and us, you own the clips you submit ("Creator Content"). This Agreement does not transfer ownership.

2. License you grant (non-exclusive, revocable) #

You grant TensorVerse a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free (except for the revenue-share below) license to host, store, reproduce, transcode, edit, clip, combine and compile (including with other creators' content), adapt, publicly display and perform, distribute, and promote your Creator Content, and to display advertising alongside, around, before, after, or during it ("monetize") — in order to operate, promote, and monetize the service and run the revenue-share program.

  • Where it can appear. On KillCam and its official surfaces, and on TensorVerse/KillCam-operated channels off-platform — including our own YouTube channel and other social channels — for example, highlight reels, montages, and promotional edits.
  • Editing & combining. You allow us to edit your clips and to combine them with other clips (including other creators') into reels, montages, and compilations.
  • Non-exclusive — you may use your clips elsewhere. Revocable — see Section 4.
  • Includes showing your clips in tournaments, chat rooms, clans, highlights, and promotional placements.

3. Ad revenue-share #

  • Your share. You will receive [[CREATOR_REV_SHARE]] of the net ad revenue actually received by us and reasonably attributable to your Creator Content, calculated under our then-current, published methodology. "Net" means gross ad revenue received, less applicable platform/ad-network fees, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and fraud adjustments.
  • Payout. We pay through [[PAYMENT_PROCESSOR]] once your balance reaches [[PAYOUT_MINIMUM]], on a [[PAYOUT_SCHEDULE]] basis, to the payout account you provide and verify.
  • Taxes. You are responsible for your taxes and for providing required tax information. We may withhold where legally required.
  • No guarantee. We do not guarantee any views, ad fills, revenue, or that any clip will be shown or monetized. Rates, methodology, and program terms may change prospectively with notice.
  • Adjustments and fraud. We may withhold, reverse, or adjust amounts for invalid activity, fraud, chargebacks, or breaches of this Agreement.

4. Removing your clips / revoking the license #

You may remove your Creator Content or revoke this license at any time through the product or by contacting support@tensorverse.ai. On revocation, we will stop displaying and monetizing the affected clips going forward within a commercially reasonable period. Revocation is prospective: it does not entitle you to reverse ads already served or displays already made, and does not affect (a) revenue-share already accrued to you, (b) copies retained transiently, in backups, or as required by law, or (c) reasonable records we must keep. You remain entitled to your accrued, unpaid revenue-share (subject to the payout minimum and this Agreement).

5. Your representations and warranties #

You represent and warrant that:

  • you own or have all rights, licenses, and consents necessary to submit and monetize your Creator Content, including rights in the game footage, any music, voice, and the likeness of any person shown;
  • your Creator Content does not infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights and is not otherwise unlawful;
  • you comply with the relevant game publishers' rules and any platform rules; and
  • you will not submit content that violates the Acceptable Use Policy or Community Guidelines.

You will indemnify us for claims arising from your Creator Content or your breach of these representations, as provided in the Master Terms.

6. YouTube / third-party content — embedded, not monetized by us #

If your content lives on YouTube (or another third-party platform), KillCam embeds it via the official player and does not re-host it. Monetization of that embedded content is controlled by the source platform under its terms (for example, YouTube's), not by this revenue-share, and we do not place our ads on the source platform's player. Our revenue-share applies to KillCam-hosted clips you submit. You must have the right to embed the content.

7. Our discretion #

We are not obligated to display, feature, promote, or monetize any clip, and we may remove, decline, demonetize, or limit distribution of content for legal, safety, quality, policy, or operational reasons. We may run, pause, or change the monetization program.

8. Takedown and copyright #

We honor valid copyright and legal takedowns under the DMCA & Takedown Policy. Repeat infringers are removed from the program and may be terminated.

9. Termination #

You may leave the program at any time (Section 4). We may suspend or terminate your participation for breach, fraud, legal reasons, or program changes. Accrued, valid revenue-share remains payable subject to this Agreement. Sections that by nature survive (ownership, warranties, indemnity, payment reconciliation, disclaimers) survive termination.

10. No employment or partnership #

This Agreement does not create employment, partnership, agency, or a joint venture. You participate as an independent creator.
