✎ The human version

The human version.

  • If your copyrighted work was used without permission, send us a takedown notice and we'll act.
  • If your content was removed by mistake, you can file a counter-notice.
  • Repeat infringers lose their accounts and any creator monetization.
  • Embedded YouTube/Twitch content isn't hosted by us — we can remove the embed, but the video itself is controlled at the source platform.
⚠ Important

Draft — designate an agent. For U.S. DMCA safe-harbor protection, register a designated copyright agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and list them here: [[DMCA_AGENT]]. Confirm with counsel.

1. Reporting infringement (KillCam-hosted clips) #

If you believe a clip hosted on KillCam infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@tensorverse.ai including:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work;
  3. identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it is on KillCam;
  4. your contact information;
  5. a statement of good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.

We will remove or disable the material and notify the uploader.

2. Embedded content (YouTube, Twitch, etc.) #

KillCam embeds third-party videos through official players and does not host or re-host them. If your complaint concerns embedded content, we can remove the embed from KillCam, but the underlying video is hosted and controlled by the source platform, and you should also use that platform's own copyright process (for example, YouTube's). Tell us which KillCam page shows the embed and we will remove it.

3. Counter-notice #

If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to dmca@tensorverse.ai including your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact information; and consent to jurisdiction as required by law. We may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA.

4. Repeat infringers #

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, and remove them from creator monetization.

5. Other takedowns #

We also respond to valid legal requests to remove unlawful content (for example, non-consensual imagery or content that violates the Community Guidelines). Report to support@tensorverse.ai.

6. Misuse #

False claims may create liability. Only submit notices for content you own or are authorized to act on.
