How it's structured: Alorosai Inc. (operating as TensorVerse) builds and owns the healthcare platform and technology, and can license it to other providers. The Swoosh brand and the care service are owned and operated by NV Care Solutions Inc., the healthcare provider. So Swoosh is TensorVerse's platform under NV Care's brand — not a wholly-owned TensorVerse product, and not an unrelated company.
Swoosh runs its own HIPAA compliance, Business Associate Agreements, and privacy program; it does not share the studio's consumer terms.
