Adds to the TensorVerse Master Privacy Policy for Potara. Last updated: 11 July 2026 (draft)
1. Data we process for Potara #
- Fusion inputs — datasets, base models/weights, prompts, and configurations you upload or select.
- Fused models and outputs — what the workflow produces for you.
- Job and compute metadata — job parameters, resource usage, logs, and (for Cloud GPU) billing/usage metrics.
- QPU-certification records — parameters and backend used, and the issued certificate.
2. How we use it #
To perform the fusion, certification, and export you request, to operate and secure the platform, to meter Cloud GPU usage, and to meet legal obligations. Your training data is used only to build your model — never to train ours or anyone else's. We do not use your private datasets, fused models, or outputs to train any TensorVerse or third-party model, and we do not sell your data.
3. Your responsibility for input data #
You are responsible for the lawfulness of data you upload, including any personal or sensitive data and the rights to use it. Don't upload data you're not permitted to process.
4. Sharing and third parties #
With service providers (cloud compute, and any third-party quantum/simulator backends) strictly to perform your job, and as described in the Master Policy. BYO-GPU workloads run in your environment and are your responsibility.
5. Retention #
We retain your inputs, outputs, and job data as needed to provide the service and meet legal/billing obligations, then delete or de-identify. You may request deletion of your assets (subject to legal/billing retention).
6. Your rights #
As in the Master Privacy Policy. Contact privacy@tensorverse.ai.
TensorVerse Master Privacy Policy
Applies to: all TensorVerse websites, apps, and products, unless a product-specific supplement says otherwise. Last updated: 11 July 2026 (draft) Controller: TensorVerse ("TensorVerse", "we", "us", "our").
1. Scope #
This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information across the Services. Product-specific privacy supplements add detail for individual products; where a supplement conflicts with this policy, the supplement controls for that product.
2. Information we collect #
- Account information — name, email, username, password (stored hashed), and settings.
- Content — what you upload, submit, create, or generate, and associated metadata.
- Usage and analytics — features used, actions taken, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostics.
- Device and technical data — IP address, browser/OS, device identifiers, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 8.
- Communications — messages you send us (support, feedback).
- Payment information — handled by our payment processor; we receive limited billing metadata (for example, the last four digits and status), not full card numbers.
- Product-specific data — some products collect additional categories (for example, brokerage-linked data for Neemo, or facial-image data for ChillaVision). See the relevant supplement.
3. How we use information #
We use personal information to:
- provide, maintain, and secure the Services and your account;
- process transactions and subscriptions;
- personalize and improve features and performance;
- communicate with you (service messages and, with consent where required, product updates);
- detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases (EEA/UK) #
Where GDPR/UK GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (to provide the Services), legitimate interests (to secure and improve them), consent (for example, certain cookies, marketing, and special-category data such as biometric data), and legal obligation.
5. How we share information #
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers / processors (hosting, cloud compute, analytics, payment processing, communications, security) under contracts requiring appropriate protection;
- with third-party services you connect (for example, a brokerage you link, or a streaming platform you broadcast to), as you direct;
- for legal reasons (to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Services); and
- in a business transfer (merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets), subject to this policy.
6. Data retention #
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law. Some products delete certain data quickly by design (for example, ChillaVision's ephemeral image handling); see the relevant supplement.
7. Security #
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Cookies and tracking #
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, and (where you consent) analytics. Where required, we present a consent banner and honor your choices; you can change them at any time via the banner or your browser settings. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where legally required.
9. International transfers #
We may process information in countries other than yours. Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms (for example, Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect it.
10. Your rights and choices #
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Where CCPA/CPRA applies, you may request to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising; we do not sell personal information. To exercise rights, email privacy@tensorverse.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising them, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response.
11. Children #
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your region), and the account minimum is 18 under our Terms. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child provided us data, contact privacy@tensorverse.ai and we will delete it.
12. AI and machine learning #
We use AI to power features. We do not use the private content you create to train general-purpose/foundation models unless a specific product both (a) tells you clearly and (b) gives you a choice, and never in violation of a stronger promise a product makes (for example, ChillaVision's no-training commitment for uploaded images). We may use aggregated or de-identified data to measure and improve performance.
13. Changes #
We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified (for example, by email or in-product) before they take effect.
14. Contact #
