1. Prohibited uses #
You may not use Potara to:
- infringe intellectual-property rights or use data/models without the necessary rights or licenses;
- build or fine-tune models designed to generate illegal content (for example, CSAM), malware, or content that facilitates serious harm;
- create tools for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, or harassment;
- violate privacy or process personal/sensitive data without a lawful basis; or
- evade safety measures, export controls, or sanctions.
2. Fair-use and resource limits #
Shared compute and storage are subject to reasonable fair-use limits (rate, concurrency, job size, and storage). We may throttle, queue, or suspend jobs that exceed limits, degrade service for others, or threaten stability. BYO-GPU users must not use the platform to coordinate attacks or abuse.
3. Security and integrity #
Don't probe, breach, or circumvent controls, exceed authorized limits, or interfere with the platform or other users.
4. Enforcement #
We may throttle, suspend, or terminate usage or accounts for violations, and preserve or report data where required. Appeals: support@tensorverse.ai.
