The human version.

  • If your copyrighted work was used without permission, send us a takedown notice and we'll act.
  • If your content was removed by mistake, you can file a counter-notice.
  • Repeat infringers lose their accounts.
⚠ Important

Draft — designate an agent. To rely on DMCA safe-harbor protections in the U.S., you must register a designated copyright agent with the U.S. Copyright Office and list the agent's contact here: [[DMCA_AGENT]]. Confirm with counsel.

1. Reporting copyright infringement #

If you believe content on ChillaVision infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent at dmca@tensorverse.ai including:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. identification of the allegedly infringing material and enough detail to locate it;
  4. your contact information (address, phone, email);
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and
  6. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

2. What we do #

Upon a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and take reasonable steps to notify the person who submitted it.

3. Counter-notice #

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to dmca@tensorverse.ai including: your signature; identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your contact information; and your consent to jurisdiction as required by law. We may restore the material as permitted by the DMCA.

4. Repeat infringers #

We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.

5. Misuse #

Submitting false claims may result in liability. Only submit notices for content you own or are authorized to act on.
